Returns

When you purchase a Tarbish piece, you join our squad of those who own a special, limited edition item. Only a certain number of pieces are made in each of our collections and we hope that you love Tarbish pieces as much as we loved creating them! We do understand that you may need to return or exchange an item and do hope that you find something next time that may work better for you.

Since all of our items are limited edition and made in small quantities, we allow returns/exchanges up to 7 days after confirmed delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

    • be unused and new
    • have the tags still on
    • in the same condition that you received it
    • in the original packaging

    Merchandise that has been worn, washed or dry cleaned, scented, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. Tarbish reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in Tarbish’s sole discretion.

      Shipping
      To return your product, please email us to receive a return label.

      Please print and attach securely the return label to the original packaging with your return inside. Then please drop your return to your local USPS (domestic) or post office (international).

      You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please note, USA domestic returns can incur a fee of up to USD $12.00 and international returns can incur a fee of up to USD $60.00. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

      We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit, stolen, midhandled, or damaged. We advise you to obtain proof of postage, request adequate insurance to cover shipment, and send via a tracked method.

      Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

      Refunds
      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

      If item approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds may take up to 4 weeks in order to be processed and reflected on your credit card statement. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.

      Sale Items
      Only regular priced items may be returned/refunded, unfortunately sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

      Exchanges
      We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, Tarbish does perform a thorough quality control before sending out our items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at order@tarbish.com and we'll be happy to assist you. Due to the limited quantities of all of our pieces, it is possible that the item you require may not be in stock and, thus, cannot be exchanged.
