Shipment Processing Time
We process and ship orders Monday-Friday, 10-6PM EST. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, we do our best to ship orders as quick as possible. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days, especially as all our collections are limited edition. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We use multiple carriers such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL to fulfill shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

All shipping on orders in the continental United States are free and outside this region is a flat rate of USD $30.00. All orders in the United States are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with a tracking number. Orders outside of the United States are shipped with a tracking number as well, usually through DHL.

International shipping is available for USD $30.00 (usually via DHL, but may vary) and will generally arrive in 6-10 business days. Please note shipping is on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Import taxes and duties will not be paid by Tarbish. You are responsible for payment of any and all applicable import taxes and duties. 

We do not ship to P.O. box addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We know waiting for your Tarbish piece feels like it may be forever, but please be patient with us and the shipping carrier. If it has been more than 10 business days and you have not received your order, please contact us at order@tarbish.com.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
After your purchase is complete and your shipment has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
For international orders, Tarbish is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

We currently ship to many countries internationally, but there are some that we still do not ship to. If your country does not show up on the shipping page of checkout, please contact us at hello@tarbish.com.

Damages
Tarbish is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at order@tarbish.com in order to file a claim with the shipment carrier and take care of your order.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
